SWITCHing The Narrative is the podcast series dedicated to sharing the stories of Wilton & Bain’s SWITCH Members. SWITCH, which stands for Senior Women in Transformation & Change, is an invitation-only Executive network, connecting women in positions that are crucial to influencing and driving change in organizations. Through SWITCH, W&B hope to ignite a new wave of change across the executive level recruiting space, breaking not just through the glass ceiling of the C-suite and Boardroom, but maintaining the presence of marginalized groups within executive leadership positions.

    Episode 3: Rebecca Goldberg, Chief Compliance Officer - Aurora Diagnostics

    Rebecca Goldberg is the Chief Compliance Officer for Aurora Diagnostics, the Anatomic Pathology Division of Sonic Healthcare USA. With more than 20 years of healthcare experience she is responsible for overseeing the regulatory compliance and ethics programs across Aurora Diagnostics. She is an active member of and received her Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) from the HCCA (Health Care Compliance Association). Prior to joining Aurora, Rebecca was the Compliance and Risk Officer for one of the largest medical groups serving Western New York where she was directly responsible for the creation and implementation of a successful OMIG/SSL certified compliance program from the ground-up. Rebecca is a second-career attorney, earning her Juris Doctorate degree in 2017 from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, Florida where she received the Book Award for Trial Advocacy and served as President of the Labor and Employment Law Association. Rebecca began her professional career as a Registered Radiologic Technologist graduating with her AAS degree in Radiologic Technology, with distinction, from Niagara County Community College in Sanborn, New York in 1997 and her BS degree in Radiologic Sciences, Cum Laude, in 2013 from Adventist University of Health Sciences in Orlando, Florida. She is a passionate compliance professional focused on quality improvement, education, and training to ensure the highest possible level of compliance and ethical standards.

    Episode 2: Michelle Bogan, CEO & Founder - Equity for Women

    Michelle is a leader in advancing women while driving business results. She founded EQUITY FOR WOMEN to help companies achieve measurable, self-sustaining gains in workplace equity, diversity, and inclusion. Prior to this, Michelle worked in retail, consulting and tech at Accenture,  Kurt Salmon, Macy’s Inc., The Walt Disney Company and tech startups, and consulted with many Fortune 500 companies. Promoted to be the youngest Partner at Kurt Salmon at the time, she went on to hold VP and Managing Director positions at Macy's and Accenture. She was the only female Managing Director on Accenture's North America Retail Strategy leadership team and led the majority of that business. A sought-after advisor and speaker, Michelle has been featured in The Dallas Morning News, The Chicago Tribune, Thrive Global and Entrepreneur, has spoken at NRF, International Women’s Day and corporate events, and is a member of The Female Founder Collective.”
