Since starting her career in 2014, she has worked across NHS, private, and specialist laboratories, including orthodontics, digital full arch, denture clinics, and removable prosthetics. Her achievements include guest lecturing at universities, volunteering with Den-Tech Charity, and advocating for continued education in Dental Technology. In 2022, Bethany founded The Party Enamel, an inclusive platform supporting Dental Technicians through CPD courses, mentoring, and webinars. She also created Tech Talk, a global Dental Technology community and mobile app designed to connect technicians through shared resources, education, collaboration, and support.
