(Watch this space) John also shares a fascinating visit to Toyota Deeside Engine Facility where he joined a number of construction industry delegates and a visit of learning and understanding, in particular, the attitude to stopping production by operatives when a problem is encountered. Also the effective problem solving process that follows by those on the line and the group leaders.
