    This week on Better With Running, Chris and Zacca share their training highs and lows. Chris continues to impress, with another session of grueling 400m intervals and a successful long run. Zacca, on the other hand, experiences a training week full of twists. He starts strong with a fantastic session on Saturday, leaving him feeling motivated and race-ready. However, his long run takes a turn for the worse, forcing him to DNF (Did Not Finish) due to quad issues. We hear about Zacca's emergency treatment with Run2PB legend & physio James Telford, and his journey back to running pain-free. Next, Joshua Webster from Run4Rossy joins the show. They delve into the upcoming event at Caulfield Grammar this weekend.
