[Ep 11] — Me vs. My Routine

Routines aren’t just about structure, they’re about self-preservation. The quiet moments that remind us we’re allowed to care for ourselves, even when life feels chaotic. But somewhere along the way, routines started feeling like another thing to get right, another measure of discipline instead of peace. In this season finale of Unfiltered Yaps, I unpack my love-hate relationship with routines, what it really means to show up for yourself with grace, and how I’m learning to see routine as an act of care, not control. Parasocial relationships aren’t just about fandom, they’re about the illusion of connection we build with people who don’t actually know us. In a world where access feels endless, it’s easy to forget that admiration doesn’t equal intimacy, and that being online doesn’t make someone yours to dissect. In this episode of Unfiltered Yaps, I unpack the messy, fascinating space between connection and consumption, and what it means to create healthy boundaries in the digital age.
