I feel there’s not enough transparency happening nowadays. I hear only about the ups of peoples journeys and not the downs, which makes it seem like nobody wants to talk about it. I will provide transparency on my new journey in personal growth. You will get raw, unedited emotions, thought processes, honesty, moments of accountability whether wanted or not. I want to provide a safe space for people to feel like they’re not alone, to feel like there’s a community they can turn to in need, to feel accountable for themselves and not feel bad about it. We can grow together💕

    Birthday Disappearance

Ever heard "Disappear for 6 months and see how much you level up"? That was the goal! Doing a bit of my own version of it and I'm proud of how I'm handling this shift. Its Okay To Say No

Never realized how hard saying "No" was til I really wanted to say it and "Yes" is what came out. This podcasts purpose is to inspire others to share they growth and healing journeys, to have the tough conversations, to embrace vulnerability, in hopes that we will spread that love, acceptance, and support and eventually build a beautiful community full of this. Do you ever think about starting over? It's been something that has been on my mind for some time now.
