Bonus Track | 如何保持永恒的少年感🍏

兵库县立美术馆的海侧有一颗巨大的青苹果🍏，安藤忠雄老师在上面写了一句话 --- “永远的青春”。

安藤老师说，我八十岁了，后面的日子还长着呢。诗人Samuel Ullman在写下《YOUTH》的时候，已经七十八岁。

青春不是人生的一段时光，而是一种心境。

这是一期Bonus Track，也就是主线内容之外的加更。所谓Bonus Track是在一张专辑原本的歌曲之外，额外增加的特别曲目。

在每周三晚不定期更新的Bonus Track板块中，我会分享我最近看过的书、电影、剧，又或者是和朋友的即兴对话，在每周日更新的主线内容之外，创造出一种全新的、即兴的、也许是充满惊喜的内容。正如旅行中跳脱计划而发生的一次意料之外的遇见，这便是Bonus Track的美妙之处。

这一期Bonus Track就来聊聊我对于“少年感”的想法。

青春不是人生的一段时光，而是一种心境；

没有人仅仅因为年岁增长而变老；

人真正的衰老，是因为放弃了理想。

岁月可以在皮肤上留下皱纹，

但失去热情却会在灵魂深处刻下沟壑。

忧虑、怀疑、自我不信任、恐惧与绝望，

这些才是让人低头、让成长的精神化为尘土的“漫长岁月”。
