    The health disparities that we see now in my mind point directly to the relationship that black woman had with racism & white supremacy in America. The relationship was never healthy & so to me what we have now is what someone would consider a complete mess.

The concept more accurately refers to the diffusion of energy twords a state of equilibrium. Followed by the second law of thermodynamics.
