    Embracing the Journey over the destination 💫💛

    So many times we wonder about when or how we are going to do something or how we are going to get somewhere instead of embracing the journey that it took to become you. This episode is personal. I dived deep into my personal emotions and feeling during the month of December up until now. It is my intention to be vulnerable and transparent in an effort to help someone going through. I have been extremely anxious and isolated to say the least, but I am coming into the spring refreshed and ready for all the 2024 has to offer.     How do I focus with so many things going on in the world?

    If you find yourself, distracted by all of the things going on around you, remember that those things are outside of you and out of your control. Continue to seek God and find out what is important to you, what do you want to do with your life. Continue to evolve and grow realizing that you are in control of your emotions, your thoughts and your own reality. Use wisdom in navigating spaces and trust in God.

    Distracted lately?

    There are distractions all around us. Life is about choices. Find purpose and meaning in your life and live it to its fullest. Eliminating distractions can be very difficult because we are constantly overstimulated on a daily basis, but getting closer to God and focusing on what truly is important helps you stay centered and balanced. Lately I have been dealing with distractions myself so I come with wisdom from personal experience.     Confessions of a Recovering People Pleaser ✨💛🌻

    Like wine, this podcast gets better with time. In this episode we dive into my personal experiences with people pleasing, and how I have had to shift my focus in my awareness to set appropriate boundaries to protect my peace. In order for me to understand, and actually come to terms with a lot of my limiting beliefs, I had to revisit my childhood is and heal childhood. Events I experienced made me to feel unloved, unworthy, and that my worth was valued as what I could do for others.
