EP.19 《When You Feel Stuck, Don’t Rush to Reinvent Yourself》

Feeling stuck doesn’t always mean you need a fresh start. As I get closer to giving birth, I’m learning that some things need a push, some need better conditions—and some just need time. • A slower pace doesn’t mean a smaller future. • I’m not where I used to be. That doesn’t mean I’m nowhere. 🎧 Listen to EP.19, “When You Feel Stuck, Don’t Rush to Reinvent Yourself.” More thoughts from me on IG: @free_soul_esther EP.19《When You Feel Stuck, Don’t Rush to Reinvent Yourself》 更多我的想法，歡迎到 IG 找我：@free_soul_esther 留言告訴我你對這一集的想法： https://open.firstory.fm/user/cmin8mmdu03pe01y08qqu2ux4/comments Powered by Firstory Hosting

    EP.18 | 《Dear Elsa：

    Hello Villagers! Fear is a signal, not a prophecy.Articulate your fear.Acknowledge your limitations—and do everything in your power.

feat.

📍更多關於語言、歷史、人性心理學與那些課本不會教你的思考工具： 歡迎追蹤 Esther 的 IG： Instagram：@free_soul_esther 推薦紀錄片與電影 🎬 First They Killed My Father（2017） 🎬 S-21: The Khmer Rouge Killing Machine（2003） 🎬 The Missing Picture（遺失的映像） 🎬 Meeting with Pol Pot（遇見波布） 留言告訴我你對這一集的想法： https://open.firstory.me/user/cmin8mmdu03pe01y08qqu2ux4/comments Powered by Firstory Hosting

Ep.15《From Yosemite to Doublespeak: How Language Rewrites Reality》

From Yosemite to Doublespeak: How Language Rewrites Reality Most people think Yosemite is simply the name of one of the most beautiful places on Earth. But what if the name itself was built on misunderstanding, violence, and translation? In this episode, we explore: — the dark historical origins behind the word “Yosemite” — how language can soften brutality through doublespeak — why civilizations rename violence to make it easier to accept — and how words quietly shape the way we see history, power, identity, and even ourselves. Because sometimes the most dangerous lies are not the loud ones — but the beautiful ones. 🎙 Available now on《陳大媽的里民中心》 If you enjoy conversations about: history, psychology, language, power, translation, and the hidden stories behind ordinary words — come find me on IG: @free_soul_esther 留言告訴我你對這一集的想法： https://open.firstory.me/user/cmin8mmdu03pe01y08qqu2ux4/comments Powered by Firstory Hosting

《If You Feel Overwhelmed, Listen to This》

Lately, I’ve been feeling overwhelmed. And instead of hiding it,I decided to break it down—not emotionally, but structurally. In this episode, I share a few practical frameworks:→ Becoming aware of when you're stuck in a loop→ Separating what’s changeable from what isn’t→ Taking one small step forward If your mind has been noisy lately, this might help you see things more clearly. 🎧 Full English notes available on my IG. 👉 Follow now!

If you enjoyed today’s story, don’t forget to follow the podcast, and you can always find me on Instagram at @free_soul_esther for more.
