Aligning your energy before starting a project

In this episode of Leftover Thoughts, Louise discusses the mental health benefits of connecting with other humans in person (Shock! OMG!), the adhd of forgetting everything you’ve done in a week, aligning your energy before starting on a project, and setting good intentions for the week ahead. For a short episode, she certainly does jump all over the place! But that’s the fun of Leftover Thoughts – A podcast recorded without a plan. It’s more a stream of consciousness diary than a podcast, but at least she has a nice voice
