    9. It's OK To Not Be Ok

    Pain. Loss. Conflict. Frustration. Whatever it is that you're dealing with right now I want to sit with you in it. I don't want to share a sermon, or give advice, but rather remind you that you don't have to be ok. Often in church and in society there can be pressure to have everything together and to be happy no matter what, that ends up causing more damage though.
