    On 30 November 1997, Galway taxi driver Eileen Costello O’Shaughnessy disappeared after accepting one final fare. Her bloodstained taxi, 17 unexplained miles and a series of unidentified witnesses gave Gardaí no shortage of leads, but almost three decades later, nobody has ever been charged with her murder.
