Izzy the Bricky talks to three guests who have had a variety of experiences in the trade about how you can get good quality and consistent work. Izzy also asks why it's sometimes hard to progress and move up the ladder in your career as a bricklayer. James Naughton talks about his already incredibly varied career in the trade at the age of 26 and gives his thoughts on why some are struggling to find work. Lee Fuller, talks about how he left the trade entirely and then came back bigger and better than ever and Lee Blower, an accomplished bricklayer gives some sound advice 

Izzy is joined by two female bricklayers, who have joined the trained, to discuss their experiences so far and begin to follow their journey to becoming established in the trade

Andy Pali and Ash Mahoney joins Izzy The Bricky to talk about old school bricklaying ways, methods, attitudes and how the experience of the bricklayer nowadays compares to back in the day 

Izzy is joined by three bricklayers with experience doing different aspects of decorative brickwork to discuss why they do it, how they do it and what the future holds for some of these methods and designs

Izzy The Bricky has invited Changy, a well known Bricklayer on social media to join him and give an update on what is going on for Bricklayers with regards to site work this year. Izzy also gets an update from Gary Staines from GSQ and Ian Hodgkinson to get some guidance on when big domestic sites will pick back up again
