Will Calgary ever, like, EVER, get a fieldhouse?

Calgary has longed for a large multisport fieldhouse for nearly 20 years -- and the city has $109 million dollars earmarked for the project. So, what’s the hold up? In this week’s episode, host Loren McGinnis talks to Jason Zaran, chair of the Calgary Multisport Fieldhouse Society, about why Calgary needs the facility, and why they need the province to commit funding asap.

Why these two Calgary councillors voted NO to repealing blanket rezoning

Calgary city council just passed a motion 12-3 to repeal blanket rezoning. City councillors Andrew Yule (Ward 3) and Nathaniel Schmidt (Ward 8) were two of the councillors who voted against it.
