EP.3 Wonka Dark Secret, Faking the Moon Landing, Childhood Capers, Alton Mineral Spring, and Laughter

Ever wondered if Willy Wonka was more nefarious than you remember, or pondered the otherworldly secrets hidden within the Egyptian pyramids? Well, my friends, we've got a candy-coated, sarcophagus-sized serving of speculation and hilarity for you. Bruce, Caleb, and Max join me as we spin the chocolate wheel of conspiracy, tiptoe through the supernatural, and even consider the possibility of living through a cycle of historical rise and fall—all while keeping our tongues firmly planted in our cheeks.Strap on your helmets and let's pedal through the nostalgia-laden hills of Tennessee, all the way to the digital landscapes where cooperative gaming reigns supreme. Whether we're recalling the thrills of "It Takes Two" or marveling at the solo developer triumph of "Lethal Company," we're celebrating the bonds that only a good game can forge. And for those of you who've ever created your own indoor amusement park, we're right there with you, relishing the memories of slip and slides, greasy mishaps, and the life lessons learned from a little too much canola oil on linoleum. As we close out this wild ride, we can't help but get a little reflective—albeit with a twist. From the side-splitting realities of latex suit escapades to the deeply scientific musings on pizza place hierarchies, we cover it all. So if you've ever been left with a headphone-shaped indent on your head or pondered the mysteries of silica gel packets, consider this your invitation to join in on our laughter. Trust us, we're just as curious about what makes us tick as you are, and we're not afraid to ask the weird, the wild, and the absolutely absurd.Follow the podcast: @Txstyfrogpodcast Follow Kevin: @nodrugsjustpugs Follow Bruce: @Brucy_Depressedly Follow Caleb: @Oni_GC8

EP.2 Holiday Homecomings and Haunting Tales

As the holiday season winds down, we're cozying up with tales that span from the heartwarming to the hair-raising. I'm joined by my good friends Caleb and Bruce, and this time, we've roped in our buddy Mac for some extra cheer and fear. Kicking things off with a touch of octane, Caleb spill the beans on turbocharging his Subaru Impreza to a gutsy 420 horsepower, while Mac chimes in with the sweet sorrow of holiday homecomings from college life in Tennessee. Bruce, on the other hand, opts for a digital escape, divulging how he traded traditional festivities for the thrill of video game victories. But as the night's conversation veers into the shadows, we trade horsepower for ghost stories. Mac, fresh with eerie tales from the local haunts, recounts a bizarre wellness check that leads to an abandoned castle's doorstep, complete with unnerving relics of a life seemingly paused in time. Our chat twists through the foggy roads that have recently cloaked our town in mystery, as we share encounters that blur the lines between the known and the unknown. Tune in and get a taste of our holiday wrap-up that's peppered with supernatural spice and everything nice (including a story about a bronze lion and deflated limo tires that you just can't make up). With Mac's gripping stories and our own chilling experiences, you're in for a podcast episode that's as unpredictable as it is unforgettable.Follow the podcast: @Txstyfrogpodcast Follow Kevin: @nodrugsjustpugs Follow Bruce: @Brucy_Depressedly Follow Caleb: @Oni_GC8

EP.1- High-Speed Thrills Car Culture, Gaming Tactics, Internet Trolling, and Horror

When Caleb, a car enthusiast and Twitch streamer, joins forces with Bruce, our in-house professional internet troll, the result is nothing short of a high-octane discussion on gaming and the art of provocation. We kick things off by steering through Caleb's journey in Warzone, examining the hurdles of assembling a top-notch gaming squad, and laughing at the ingenuity of gamers outsmarting cheaters. Meanwhile, Bruce tunes into the psychological chords of internet trolling, sharing the symphony of reactions and the darker side of online banter. Buckle up as we also peek into the latest from Call of Duty, debate playstyles, and contemplate the upcoming sequels in the iconic Black Ops series.A trip down memory lane awaits as we revisit the golden days of LAN parties and the humble beginnings of PC gaming. Feel the warmth of nostalgia as we chat about the communal joy of retro gaming setups and the unexpected delight of playing modern titles on vintage CRT TVs. From the importance of in-store purchases for tech enthusiasts to the revitalized love for blocky landscapes in Minecraft, this episode is a treasure trove for anyone who's ever felt the allure of the pixelated past while living in the high-definition present. As the shadows lengthen, we shift gears into the eerie realm of horror movies and real-life mysteries from Japan, dissecting the 'Scream' franchise and Rob Zombie's take on 'Halloween.' But it's not all spooks and scares; we also navigate the winding roads of importing Japanese cars, touch on global warming debates, and end on a refreshing note, mixing it up with a debate on the best blends of smoothies. Join us, and perhaps you'll find your next favorite flavor or a new perspective on the classics—either way, you're in for a ride that's as diverse as our taste in games and movies.Follow the podcast: @Txstyfrogpodcast Follow Kevin: @nodrugsjustpugs Follow Bruce: @Brucy_Depressedly Follow Caleb: @Oni_GC8
