    life purpose.

    we all are eager to know our purpose in life. but what if you are living it right now, just by being here? our purpose is much more complex than a single event that our life leads up to. your purpose is so much more than that. you might never know the impact that you have had on this world, but just know that you are knowing a difference. right now is about the time to brush up on your definition of the butterfly effect.

    that girl

    i'm honestly so tired of the 'that' girl trend. it was fun while it lasted, but it is not a sustainable lifestyle. you do not have to implement a 5am-9am morning routine or a 3 hour 'hot girl' walk to be productive or happy. you don't have to go to the ends of the earth to try and become someone else. no one expects you to be anyone but yourself and you don't NEED to be anyone but yourself. bring out the parts of yourself that no one else has. anyone can curate a perfectly thought out feed, but it's harder to be real. be real, and show up as yourself...or one day you might look back and wonder where you lost yourself. i'm going through this right now currently.

    growing pains

    growth can be painful and uncomfortable, and sometimes it can seem like it isn't even worth it. like, i get it, it's easy to think that...but i promise it's so worth it. these last couple of years have been a total rollercoaster of emotions for me and i've been uncomfy to say the least, but it's because i've been stretching myself in ways that i was never willing to in the past. i still have a long way to go when it comes to growth and learning to find balance in my life, and that's a good thing! there's always room for growth and that fact alone gives me so much hope, because we are limitless. you are limitless.

    holding myself back

    i hope i'm not alone with this. for as long as i can remember i have always been holding myself back in certain aspects of my life. i know that i have a lot of potential, yet, i'm sure completely sure how to access it. join me in a therapy session/rant about successes and failures and the journey between both. failure and success can each be scary in their own ways and that's okay. we just need to find our rhythm and balance in our every day life. we'll get there. we're in this together.
