8. Hopeful.

We also have a guest today, my friend Grace is joining the podcast! Click the link to Grace's podcast: 1. Delicious Flavor: A Psych Podcast or https://anchor.fm/deliciousflavor What did I hear today? Bad Day

I have been feeling lonely. This episode talks about why I have been feeling that way and why it's important to invest in the people and relationships that you have. You can't be a loner forever, people are meant to be around people. -My therapist Enola. What did I hear today? The Band CAMINO Song About You I chose this song because it is about coping after you lose someone important to you. It's upbeat so no crying but, it puts me in my feelings about the relationships that I have lost. Miguel Sure Thing I chose this song because I just really love this song, I wish it had a deeper meaning but it's just a really good song. It accidently works because someday I hope to find a sure thing. find me i guess: willispod@gmail.com instagram.com/gabrielleowillis twitter.com/willisgabrielle

Be Yourself.

Tw. Talks of self harm. Today we have a new segment and a guest, Talkin' with Tamara with my sister Tamara. We get honest about how our history can cause us to be inconsistent and make it difficult for us to sustain relationships. Be nice internet, she is my heart. Have you been catcalled, had weird and or gross things yelled at you in the street? Me too, I had a weird incident recently and it bothered me more than it usually does. Maybe you can relate. I hope you are doing ok, because life is hard out here. *Correction from recs at the end, Sandra Bullock's new movie is called The Lost City. It's really good. What did I hear today? push baby: You don't like the colour orange This song is smooth, pop but, rock. Slow, fast, art, math, organized, beautiful, chaos. Labrinth: Skeletons (Lexi Needed a Break) Starts off light and delicate and turns into something else you don't expect. It's beautiful. We all have skeletons and things we are ashamed or scared of. It's the perfect fit to lead into Talkin' with Tamara. (Theme From) The Monkees This song brings me fond memories of my childhood with my Mom. I think she chose this because it reminded her of that too especially after our conversation. I think she chose pretty darn good. I'm such a loser. I am worthy.

Honestly, TW for literally every episode. Today's episode is about knowing when you are wrong, listening to your doctor, arugula and trying to love yourself. Sometimes you learn to like different things, we are supposed to evolve right? If you don't, no one will want to stick around, then before long neither will you. I have learned that the hard way. So take care of your body AND your head. Just do what you need to do for you ok? What did I hear today? Sueco: Loser (pronounced sway-co) This is how I feel most days of my life. But usually it's me getting in my own way. It's sometimes a self absorbed way of thinking. But, "Like sands through the hourglass, so are the Days of Our Lives." So... I'm working on it. Why kill myself if life is so short? - Gabrielle Willis 2022. I will always have a special place in my heart for soaps. And Socrates? Who knew? Miley Cyrus: Maybe - Live Her voice is so powerful and soulful right out of the gate. I wanted to put one of the songs in the episode to make sure you went and listened to the album. If you are not impressed with this you can just fucking kick rocks. Just kidding, please get home safe to your family, my mother's death almost killed me and that's part of the reason why I can't stop telling my business to strangers. I said PART. I have always kind of been like this. But trauma makes you cuckoo for coco puffs and I don't even like cereal. I even had to ask Siri how to spell it. find me i guess: instagram.com/gabrielleowillis twitter.com/willisgabrielle Leave me a voice message! Tell me the weird parts of your life story.
