    It’s a new year but the anime doesn’t stop as Emmeline is joined by Olivia and Ina to discuss the manga that started it all (not really), the other other OTHER Umamusume spin-off that had everyone talking as its anime adaptation hit last year. We read the original, and have a lot of thoughts about sports drama booking and fumbling a bunch of women who are down bad for the blandest girl alive.

    Land of the Lustrousa

    Em and Export Audio’s Autumn finally finished the long-running manga series Land of the Lustrous as its final volume was released in English last month. Now we’re here to talk about how much we love these wayward gems, the empty world they inhabit, and the big ideas they aspire to. Truly one of the all time greats.     Delicious in Dungeon

    It's time for the final Beach House of 2023, and we read Delicious in Dungeon! The whole thing! It's a great manga and we had a good time discussing it even if our job is pretty difficult because the main thing is just: look at it. I mean look at it bro.  We'll be back next year with a slightly reduced Beach House schedule but we'll update you ahead of time on what the next episode is going to be!

    The strike is over! After what seems like a lifetime, the 2023 writers strike came to an end and with it the request podcasts not do promotional work. Which means we can get back to talking about movies!
