Introducing How Fear Almost Killed Her (And What Saved Her Life) | Anita Moorjani from The School of Greatness. Follow the show: The School of Greatness Anita Moorjani did everything right. She ate organic, avoided sugar, studied cancer prevention obsessively. She still got lymphoma. That contradiction is the entire point. Growing up as an Indian woman in Hong Kong, caught between British culture and a community that valued sons over daughters, Anita learned one thing above all else: make yourself small and keep everyone happy. That lesson followed her for 40 years, through a canceled arranged marriage, a cancer diagnosis, and a four-year deterioration that ended with her in a coma, 85 pounds, and organs failing. Then she left her body. In that expanded state, she saw clearly for the first time: it wasn't the cancer that had been killing her. It was the fear. When she came back, every trace of cancer was gone within three weeks. Doctors flew in from the US just to study her case. None of them could explain it. What Anita brought back is a message she's been sharing for 20 years: you don't need to earn your place in the world, you already are what you've been spending your life trying to become. The Best Of Dave

On last Friday's episode Scott promised that if the GoFundMe for the Blezard family hit it's target by the end of this weekend, Scott would release a pod episode with the best of Dave Blezard. The goal was hit and Scott is paying up. These are audio clips from Scott Fox, Dave Blezard, Ashley Greco, and Marcello on the Z103.5 Morning Show, circa 2010.  If you would like to donate to the fundraiser for the Blezard family: CLICK HERE and view the GoFundMe Page. This GoFundMe to support the Blezard family as they walk through an incredibly challenging time with their sweet daughter, Ellie. Ellie is a bright, strong, and loving little girl who is autistic, bringing a special kind of joy and light to everyone around her. Recently, after a series of medical concerns and testing, Ellie was diagnosed with cancer following the discovery of a fast-growing mass. While this news has been incredibly difficult, Ellie continues to show so much strength and resilience every single day. Her family is staying close by her side at the hospital, focusing all their love and energy on her care and comfort. At the same time, they are caring for Ellie's three-month-old baby sister, doing everything they can to support both of their girls during this emotional time. With extended hospital stays come many unexpected expenses—parking, meals, and accommodations—that can quickly become overwhelming. This fundraiser is meant to help ease that burden so the family can focus on what matters most: being together and supporting Ellie through her treatment and recovery.   Any funds not used during their hospital stay will be donated to Ronald McDonald House Charities, an organization that supports families facing similar journeys.
