That horror deep dive also leads Devin to finally confront one of his childhood fears: The Exorcist. After years of hearing about the film from his mom, Catholic school teachers, and its legendary reputation as one of the scariest movies ever made, he finally watches it for the first time and reflects on experiencing the film as an adult, its treatment of faith and evil, and the enormous mythology that has surrounded it for more than 50 years. The week ends on a lighter note with a wedding at the family ranch and a great night spent celebrating with friends and family.
