Unlock your personalized roadmap to sexual fulfillment: https://beduc.at/bg2624-tmipodcast Happy Friday🤩🤩!Eeeey Inbetweeners😌...Who are you guys dating though? We asked you on Instagram to finish the sentence “My sexual partner once told me…” and wow… the submissions? Wild 😭. But also, small reminder: talk back. If he says “today you’re dry” … ask him, “so what are YOU going to do about that?” If he says “you’re not tight enough” … okay?? “I’m used to bigger members” … and??? Because let’s be real, these things are not a one-person job. It takes two people to make the experience work. We hope you enjoy the episode🍿. Before the War: Kagame, Rwigema & Rwanda’s Untold Stories | Capt. Mike Mukula

In this episode of The Long Form Podcast, Ugandan veteran politician and NRM stalwart Captain Mike Mukula shares a rare insider perspective on the events that shaped modern Rwanda and East Africa.  From his early interactions with Paul Kagame and Fred Rwigema before 1990, to witnessing the aftermath of the Rwandan Civil War and 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, Captain Mukula offers a firsthand account of pivotal moments in African history. The conversation explores the lived reality of Rwandan refugees in Uganda, the role of the Rwandan Patriotic Front, and what it takes to create stability in volatile regions like northern Uganda and Karamoja. We also examine the hidden costs of stability, the use of force versus dialogue, and the future of leadership in Uganda and East Africa. This is a deep discussion on power, conflict, regional politics, and the decisions that shaped Rwanda, Uganda, and the Great Lakes region. Dwayne Fields, explorer

Dwayne Fields is an explorer and broadcaster who was appointed the UK’s Chief Scout in 2024. He is the first black Briton to reach the Magnetic North Pole. His television work includes fronting the series 7 Toughest Days and co-presenting Endurance: Race to the Pole, and Expedition: Search for the Nile, with fellow adventurer Ben Fogle. Dwayne was born in Jamaica and was brought up by his great-grandmother for the first few years of his life. When he was six he moved to north London to live with his mother. He struggled to adapt to his new surroundings until he found his way to a Cub Scouts meeting where he experienced a sense of belonging for the first time since his arrival. As a teenager, he grew up surrounded by gang violence and experienced a serious knife attack when he was 19. A few years later, during a heated confrontation, he had a gun pointed at him. The gun misfired twice and he survived. This shocking incident spurred Dwayne to change his life and challenge himself to inspire other young people to do the same. In 2010, he walked 400 nautical miles to reach the Magnetic North Pole. In 2019, he co‑founded the WeTwo Foundation with explorer and wild camper Phoebe Smith. The Foundation gives young people from challenging backgrounds the chance to experience life‑changing adventures Dwayne lives in Peterborough with his wife Angelique, and their five children. Things We're Still Figuring Out In Our 30's...|Episode 210

Happy Friday, Eid Mubarak to all our Muslim Ibetweeners🥳🌙We hope you’re having a really soft, beautiful day. Let’s get into today’s conversation… There are still things we’re figuring out in our 30s. It might not always look like it, but trust us… there’s a lot we haven’t quite cracked yet. Even our moms, despite their age and experience, are still figuring some things out too, the journey doesn't end guys😅 For Jo, it’s things like balance and navigating some money stuff. For Lyd, it’s self-forgiveness...learning to forgive herself for the things only time could teach, and learning how to receive, among many others. Tell us, are there things you’re still figuring out in your 20s or 30s? We’d love to hear from you in the comments💬⬇️ Engage us: YOUTUBE: TMI Podcast KE - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6fVFxrbf0HDRW3B2mdWFGA INSTAGRAM TMI Podcast KE - https://instagram.com/tmipodcastke?utm_medium=copy_link Lydia KM - https://instagram.com/_lydiakm?utm_medium=copy_link Murugi Munyi - https://instagram.com/murugi.munyi?utm_medium=copy_link TIKTOK TMI Podcast KE - https://www.tiktok.com/@UC6fVFxrbf0HDRW3B2mdWFGA Lydia KM - https://www.tiktok.com/@UCuuTRxZ1bUjg6daywCC6hPA Murugi Munyi - https://www.tiktok.com/@UCRfGbRcRH9dcMv6nyGkUfyQ
