MONDAY MAILTIME: The Loom That Runs For The Dead & The Lodger Who Wants Her Bed Back

Two listeners. Two hauntings that don't want to scare you — they want you to join them. Sarah is hoovering the top floor of a converted woollen mill when she hears a loom running in an empty room. She switches off to listen and it stops dead. Then it starts again, louder, right behind her, and the temperature drops so fast she can see her breath. Her supervisor goes quiet: a young woman died at one of the looms in the 1880s. Then Marcus and his brother renovate an 1850s clapboard house in Portland, Maine, with a music box that plays at dusk and a woman humming inches behind him on a locked-up afternoon.
