The Intentional channel brings together honest, practical conversations about parenting, fatherhood, motherhood, marriage, spiritual formation, relationships, emotional health, technology, prayer, and following Jesus in everyday life Through shows like the Intentional Parents Podcast and the Intentional Fatherhood Podcast, we explore what it means to become the kind of people we hope our children will become. Because we teach what we know, but we reproduce who we are. We talk honestly about the things shaping us: our family stories, wounds, habits, relationships, technology, attention, suffering, and faith. We explore how to break unhealthy generational patterns, build strong marriages, become present fathers and mothers, raise wise and resilient children, develop meaningful friendships, and create homes centered around the way of Jesus. You won't find formulas for perfect families here. You'll find conversations for real ones. We believe theology comes first, then psychology. So our conversations are rooted in Scripture and the person of Jesus while drawing from helpful insights about relationships, attachment, emotional health, human development, and culture. Ultimately, Intentional is about spiritual formation in the family. It's about becoming present to God, yourself, and the people you love.
