The Power of Emotional Intelligence

Whether a bride sees her dress in different lighting and is convinced it's an entirely different fabric - or she out of the blue posts a review saying that she felt pressured, judged, or rushed during her appointment - or when a Bride or her Mom is falling apart over seemingly "small" details - or when you have a team member struggling to understand and connect with others on the team - what are some key things to remember first, as the leader? I’m so glad you are here! Let’s talk about it!! There are some key tools you can use to bring security, understanding, clarity, and most importantly truth that builds connection into each and every situation! This episode is absolutely power-packed, where I’m exploring the emotional intelligence necessary for connecting with others who are in a heightened emotional state, whether it is brides or people on our teams. Join me as I dive into how some of the unique and amazing aspects of the female brain can be the very thing that 1. We miss, and 2. We underutilize as we lead those in conflicts that arise in our bridal businesses. One of the most important takeaways from this episode is knowing and understanding the difference between love and manipulation and how to create safe spaces for dialogue and conflict resolution all while identifying toxic behaviors, and fostering a culture of growth and trust within our teams! How is love defined for the person you are dealing with?
