The coaches kick off their first show of 2024 and it was SUPPOSED to be Herky/Pius week with Jarvis and Miller squaring off on the next night and the losing coach buying wings... BUT Mother Nature decided to intervene and the game was postponed just hours before the coaches went live. Ep. 197 | Big Moves, No Moves: A Tale Of Two Teams In One City

The coaches debate the St. Louis Blues' recent roster moves at the start of NHL free agency, and compare them with other NHL teams. They also discuss Armstrong's strategies for managing expensive contracts and whether or not the team should rebuild altogether. The coaches also discuss the challenges of colleges recruiting athletes in the St. Louis area, as well as the differences between Division I sports and NAIA colleges and the impact it has on high school athletes. And much to the dismay of Miller, the final topic includes a discussion of the poor performance of St. Louis City SC soccer team.
