#2 Second Chance at First Line

After the preceding events, Scott worries a lot about Allison’s father being a hunter and is distracted during practice with the lacrosse team. Coach asks Jackson to take the long stick during practice and Scott gets knocked around by Jackson. He gets angry and senses the werewolf inside him, so when Coach gives him a second chance he ends up dislocating Jackson's shoulder. Stiles gets him off the field before disaster strikes. And we see Derek watching from the sidelines.

Stiles defends the werewolves. 5 Frayed A preemptive strike against the Alphas leaves several injured and possibly one or more dead. 6 Motel California Scott and the gang undergo strange experiences when they are stranded at a motel, causing them to believe members of their own group may be the mysterious killer's newest targets. 7 Currents Scott's trusted mentor and boss is threatened. Deucalion, Kali and the Twins go after Derek. 8 Visionary In the past, Derek Hale (age 15) runs through a foggy wood. He trips and falls in front of one of the hunters’ ultrasonic emitters, a device which broadcasts a high pitch designed to herd werewolves in a certain direction. More than a dozen hunters are in the woods with flashlights, guns and crossbows. 9 The Girl Who Knew Too Much Allison becomes suspicious of someone close to her. 10 The Overlooked Scott and Derek get trapped inside an evacuated hospital during a powerful storm. 11 Alpha Pact Derek and Peter try to save Cora's life. 12 Lunar Ellipse Stiles, Scott and Allison awake in their water-filled metal tubs. They are in a large white room with support posts spaced evenly down its length. The only other features are florescent light fixtures set into the ceiling above and seemingly random areas of grey and white tiling on the floor below.

And we see Derek watching from the sidelines. 3 Pack Mentality Scott is shaken when a nightmare coincides uncannily with the mauling of a school bus driver, an attack that puts Sheriff Stilinski and the rest of Beacon Hills on high alert. Meanwhile, Scott is excited for his first date with Allison, until it becomes a confusing group date with Lydia and Jackson to the bowling alley. 4 Magic Bullet Kate Argent arrives in town and is attacked by the Alpha. While fighting it off, she shoots Derek. Now, Scott has to make it through an awkward family dinner with the Argents to get a bullet to save him, while Stiles and Derek attempt to slow the effects of the wound. 5 The Tell There's another animal attack involving Lydia and Jackson, raising more questions about wild animals. Meanwhile, Scott and Allison skip school and Derek must deal with the werewolf hunters on his own. 6 Heart Monitor Scott tries to control his transformation so he can spend more time with Allison. Derek continues trying to make an ally of Scott. Scott is looking for his car after buying groceries when he suddenly notices that he is being stalked by a werewolf. Despite his best efforts to get away he is eventually caught by the werewolf who is revealed to be Derek. Derek explains that the exercise was part of his training and that if Scott wants to learn to control his animal side that he must do it through anger. He also tells him to stay away from Allison, as she is a distraction and then he breaks Scott’s phone. 7 Night School The gang gets trapped in the high school overnight, and they're under the threat of attack from The Alpha who's trying to get in. 8 Lunatic The break-up between Allison and Scott impacts them both, making them both feel depressed and hurt. While Jackson offers a helping hand to Allison, Scott deals with the upcoming full moon. Scott starts to behave differently and puts his friendship with Stiles in jeopardy. Derek's return saves Scott from making a harsh decision based on his anger and the influence of the full moon. 9 Wolf‘s Bane Jackson puts Scott in danger; Allison starts to question her family's strange behavior. Adrian Harris is confronted by the Alpha. When Derek Hale appears to question the professor and capture the Alpha, the cops show up. Scott, driving Derek's car, pulls up in time for a quick getaway. The Argents, as well as the cops, chase Derek. He mentions a note he took from Harris with a strange symbol on it. Scott says he recognizes the symbol from Allison's necklace. 10 Co-Captain Scott scrambles to protect the people he loves, including Allison, who's beginning to follow clues about her family history. Meanwhile, Stiles is getting closer to solving the mystery behind Derek's family. 11 Formality A winter formal is held at the school; Scott struggles to protect both his friends and enemies while also keeping his secret safe from Allison. 12 Code Breaker Scott is caught in the middle of a war between hunters and werewolves, and he enlists the help of both his friends and enemies to stop the mysterious killings and win back Allison.
