A collection of podcasts to entertain and motivate Indoor Rowers to get through workouts. Most of the episodes are workouts for you to Row Along to. Whether they're long slow rows, or short and fast intervals, I talk to you the whole way through to keep you distracted and motivated with chat. Some of it is rowing focussed, some of it is just nonsense!
Currently, there are two 'shows' for RowAlong. The main RowAlong workouts, and then the "RowAlong Adventure" series, which is a lot less focussed on rowing performance, and just meant to be a bit of fun over 20 minutes or so.
