“Money Time Decisions”

Today we are talking about money time decisions. The decisions that we make, while being in the honeymoon of our marriage. How these decisions are related and some unrelated to us as individuals. Meaning, some of these choices may be indirectly suggestion because of the journeys we may be on as individuals. Even though we’re in love, married and building together we also recognize and understand how important it is for us to continue to grow as individuals so that it feeds into our union providing positive strong love, warmth and a fruitful foundation that we can build upon. We value brainstorming together, because that also helps to feed into the positive energy that helps us make great decisions together. The journey that we’re all together in such a beautiful journey because we continue to stay enlightened. We continue to stay present and aware of each other, and each others feelings. We want to motivate each other and uplift each other every opportunity that we get. Which is very often. Because of how we take advantage of the moments that we have together. Whether it be in the morning before work or an afternoon phone call to check in or maybe right before bed a nice quiet, loving good night, we make sure that we see each other because when we see each other, we see ourselves and we love that. “Trusting Yourself”

Trusting yourself is a must have quality. I believe we all would agree with that. It doesn’t always come easy and hasn’t always come easy for me. I’ve gotten better about it. There is something about venturing off into the unknown and trusting that you are making the right decisions that ultimately shaped your life. You have to be willing to accept your flaws and accept when you are wrong because in those moments we are growing the most. Sometimes we want to run from that feeling but don’t run from that feeling. Run toward that feeling. It’s those awkward moments, that can really shape us if we are willing to rise to the occasion and experience the unknown. “Doing What’s Needed”

Doing what’s needed can be difficult at times. I have found myself in this space many times trying to figure out my next move or steps to move forward in life. Sometimes I didn’t want to do what was needed but I had to in order to overcome my fears. I get frustrated like anyone else but i have the tendency to stay focused until the job is done. Why do what’s needed? We do what’s needed to get to the other side of an idea or a thought. Perhaps a choice. You will never know what’s on the other side of your choices if you don’t try. Try to finish that project or past that exam. I’ve been there. Staying in the moment until the job is done or whatever it is you have going on will payoff in a huge way. “Love Not War”

On this episode of the BLX we discuss Love over War. Love usually will win out. Sometimes it can be difficult to love those who are not ready to receive it. You want to be there for them, but circumstances that are out of your control can make this experience turbulent. Sometimes we find ourselves having to take a step back and that’s OK. Love looks different for everyone. Some of us will grow frustrated with trying to love someone who is not quite available to receive love. As a result, conversations can become heated and insults can be thrown and so we must be mindful of what we are trying to accomplish. War is not the answer, but is it necessary to get through to the other side? We understand it can be difficult to take the highroad, especially when others are hitting below the belt. “Don’t Judge Your Partner”

Judging people is not ok. It’s no one’s job to judge another human being. When it comes to our partners we should be lifting as we rise. Encourage your partner to be better and show them with kindness that they are capable of being anything they want to be. When and if we judge our partners we are setting our relationships up for failure. Kindness goes much further. Being flexible can make a world of difference to our partners. Even if our partners are in a bad mood there are many ways to help them come out of it. A smile can go a long way in helping others to become more productive and comfortable. When we push passed judgement we show our partners how to make sound decisions. Leading by example will help others to see that they have other choices instead of just falling into what everyone else does. It makes no sense to judge your partner because after all we chose them right. If you judge your partner you are judging yourself.
