    यूट्यूब पर लाइव हिन्दी पॉडकास्ट: सुबह 7:00 AM बजे IST - भारतीय मानक समय - 20 अक्टूबर 2025 शाम 6:30 PM बजे PDT - पैसिफिक डेलाइट टाइम - 19 अक्टूबर 2025 यहाँ क्लिक करें 👉 https://youtu.be/0jHFUAsm5ow अपाणिपादो जवनो ग्रहीता पश्यत्यचक्षुः स शृणोत्यकर्णः | स वेत्ति वेद्यं न च तस्यास्ति वेत्ता तमाहुरग्र्यं पुरुषं महान्तम् || वह परमात्मा हाथ, पैरों से रहित होने पर भी सब जगह समस्त वस्तुओं को ग्रहण कर लेते हैं। अर्थात् आत्मा स्वयं निराकार निरवयव अशरीरी है, किन्तु वह समस्त प्राणियों के शरीर में स्थित होकर उनके समस्त इन्द्रियों का स्वामी बनकर उन-उन से उनका कार्य कराता है। तथा पैरों से रहित होने पर भीक्षयह तेजी से इच्छानुसार सर्वत्र गमन कर लेता है। आँखों से रहित होने पर भी सब जगह सब कुछ देखते हैं, खानों से रहित होकर भी यह सब जगह सब कुछ सुनते हैं। यह समस्त जानने योग्य और जानने में आनेवाले जड़ चेतन पदार्थो को भली भाँति जानते हैं। परन्तु इनको जानने वाला कोई नहीं है। जो सबको वाला है उन्हें भला कौन जान सकता है? ज्ञानी पुरुष इन्हें महान् विभू आदि पुरुष कहते हैं। — स्वामी निरंजनजी Apāṇipādo javano grahītā paśyatyacakṣuḥ sa śṛṇotyakarṇaḥ |Sa vetti vedyaṃ na ca tasyāsti vettā tam āhur agraṃ puruṣaṃ mahāntam || Translation: That Supreme Self, though without hands and feet, grasps and moves everywhere.Though without eyes, It sees; though without ears, It hears.It knows all that is knowable, yet none can know It.The wise call Him the supreme, great, primal Being. Explanation (based on Swami Niranjanji’s Hindi): That Paramātman, though devoid of hands and feet, grasps all things everywhere — meaning, although the Self is formless, partless, and without a body, It dwells within all beings as the inner ruler of their senses, directing all their activities. Even without feet, It moves swiftly wherever It wills. Even without eyes, It sees everything. Even without ears, It hears everything. It fully knows all that is knowable — both the sentient and insentient aspects of existence — yet none can know It, for It is the knower of all. How can anyone know the One who knows all?     So there is a problem. You pick an idea from a set of ideas you call the TEACHING, and apply it to solve the problem. Then another problem appears. Again you pick an idea from the same set — the TEACHING — and solve that problem. Then you encounter a third problem, and again you pick another idea (or two) from your favourite set of ideas, the TEACHING. In this way — going forth and going on — you accumulate particulars: particular problems and particular solutions to those particular problems. Going on like this, can you solve all your problems step by step? What if you have a problem for which no idea from the TEACHING fits neatly — what then?     Hindrances are barriers like authority, security, fear, postponement, prejudice, tradition. Today, we take a different take on hindrances as to who creates these hindrances. We know that hindrances impede action. If in your action you are mentally and emotionally fully awake, you will know what is impeding you, and in that FLAME OF AWARENESS that impediment is destroyed. They are all created out of this bundle of memories which is called the 'I', through memory, which is INCOMPLETE ACTION. Do not examine, consciously or subconsciously, hindrances which lie in the past; do not dig out from the dead past into the present all the dead hindrances, but begin to live in the present and then in that living quality all our hindrances come into activity without your going back. . . . It is like a ship: in its movement it knows its hindrances. If it is still it cannot now its hindrances. Now you are still and trying to dig out from the past or trying to get rid of your hindrances. . . .
