答えは、１.さすが、です。

「さっすが」というと、なんだか、ただただ良い褒め言葉に聞こえますが、実のところ「さすが」には「評判や期待のとおりの事実を確認し、改めて感心するさま。」 と言う意味があります。そのため、目上の人には使わないほうがよいとされています。

The answer is “1.さすが”.

The word ‘さすが’ sounds like just a nice compliment, but in fact this means ‘confirming that something is true to its reputation or expectations.’ 

For this reason, it is considered better not to use it with superiors.
