千葉・千葉興銀、２７年春統合　基本合意、国内２位グループ誕生へ

記者会見で握手する千葉銀行の米本努頭取と千葉興業銀行の梅田仁司頭取、２９日午後、千葉市千葉県を地盤とする大手地方銀行の千葉銀行と千葉興業銀行は２９日、２０２７年４月をめどに経営統合することで基本合意したと発表した。 Chiba Bank and Chiba Kogyo Bank said Monday that the two regional lenders based in Chiba Prefecture have reached a basic agreement on their business integration as early as April 2027.
