In Japan, people don't have to talk! Many services don't need talking. These can be hair salons and taxis. These can also be shops and places to eat. At a hair salon, customers speak to the workers once. Then, they can choose how much to talk. Many people on the internet like services with no talking. They can feel unhappy or tired after work. Now, more services understand their customers. They only talk if the customers like talking.
