宇宙で「獺祭」醸造　Ｈ３ロケットに搭載決定

宇宙で醸造する日本酒「獺祭」のイメージ酒造会社の獺祭と三菱重工業は９日、鹿児島県の種子島宇宙センターから２１日に打ち上げ予定のＨ３ロケット７号機に、日本酒「獺祭」の原材料と、両社が共同開発した宇宙用醸造装置の搭載が決まったと発表した。 Dassai Inc., a sake brewer in Yamaguchi Prefecture, western Japan, and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. said Thursday that a Japanese H3 rocket will carry ingredients for Dassai sake, as well as brewing equipment developed by the two for use in space.
