特区民泊、新規受け付け停止へ　騒音やごみ処理で住民苦情―大阪府・市

大阪府庁、大阪市中央区国家戦略特区の区域会議が１７日、内閣府で開かれ、大阪府や大阪市は訪日観光客らに一般の住宅を貸し出す「特区民泊」の新規申請受け付けを２０２６年５月３０日から停止すると提案した。 The Osaka prefectural government and some municipalities in the western Japan prefecture on Monday submitted to the Japanese government a proposal to stop accepting new applications for "minpaku" private lodging services in special zones, starting May 30, 2026.
