1.Night market–
A street market that operates at night and is typically known forits food and goods. Christina mentions, "There are no night markets in Hungary"because shops usually close early and it gets too cold. Night markets are a symbolof Taiwan.
2.Smoked meat / Cured meat–
Meat preserved by smoking or salting. Christinaexplains that in Hungarian markets, if there's no refrigeration, "you are onlyallowed to sell smoked meat" as it doesn't require a fridge. She contrasts this withun-refrigerated fresh meat in Taiwanese markets, which she finds concerning.
3.Local snacks–
