↓「日常が変わるエビデンス解説集」無料プレゼント↓https://sub.utashima.jp/line/open/LIjrmOmtEuvm腰痛、軽～中等度の変形性関節症（軟骨のすり減り）、筋膜性疼痛など、短期の痛み軽減を狙うとき、入浴（温熱）で得られる即時効果の大きさと持続は、多くの電気刺激・超音波・温熱パックと実質的に同程度かもしれません。多くのレビュー論文やガイドラインでTENS、干渉波などの電気治療、超音波治療などを推奨しないとされているのは有名な話です。仮に効果があるとしても「短期的・一過性」というのがコンセンサス･･･と言ってもいいかもしれません。それってまさに「お風呂」な感じがしますね。事実、入浴・温水療法の短期～中期の鎮痛効果はいろいろと研究で示されています。やはり、保険診療から外す第一選択はこの物理療法なのかなぁと思っちゃうんですが、いかがでしょうか？【参考文献】NICE. 2016.
