青森で震度６強　北海道・東北で津波観測―３０人負傷、初の「後発地震注意情報」

地震後に発生した火災、９日午前１時ごろ、青森市幸畑８日午後１１時１５分ごろ、青森県東方沖を震源とする地震があり、同県八戸市で震度６強、おいらせ町と階上町で震度６弱の揺れを観測した。 A powerful earthquake struck Japan's Tohoku northeastern region, mainly Aomori Prefecture, on Monday night, measuring up to upper 6, the second-highest level on the country's seismic intensity scale.
