黃金鼠腫瘤好大顆!! 雄性黃金鼠才會長!? 非典型纖維肉瘤 (atypical fibrosarcoma)

本集聚焦於倉鼠罕見但具特色的皮膚腫瘤——非典型纖維肉瘤（atypical fibrosarcoma）。其組織中可見大量膠原基質與類神經節樣細胞（ganglion-like cells），並具雄性素受體強表現，呈現明顯性別與年齡偏好。從組織學、特殊染色到IHC免疫表現，我們將系統性分析其診斷特徵、與典型纖維瘤之差異，以及目前已知的臨床治療成效。
