I recently discovered this podcast and was hooked from the first episode, leading me to binge-listen to all (so far) 14 episodes over the course of five days. Scott Gardner, aka Snark McGill, discusses his favorite character with clear affection and passion. He "gets" the essential goodness of the Man of Steel, and can still appreciate some of the Silver Age silliness, as well. As Mike Zummor and Bob Fisher have pointed out on Mike's "The Man of Screen" podcast, "Silly doesn't necessarily mean bad." There have been extended periods of hiatus in this podcast, but that didn't affect my listening, because I started listening well after the debut of the 'cast. In any event, I think it would be worth the wait for new episodes.
