Jay tells us about the origins of IW and about the history of the promotion, through to the success we see today. 

We talk about Jay's wrestling fandom and what inspired him to become a promoter, and what a 'day in the life' of a wrestling promoter looks like on the day of the show.

We also discuss Jay being one of the youngest promoters in the UK, at the age of 25 and the challenges Jay has encountered along the way.
