    When the pandemic hit in 2020, it sped up the changes in the ways we work and interact. Two years in, virtual interviews are here to stay. There are a lot of benefits to interviewing virtually, and there are some drawbacks. However, it's highly probable that your next interview will be done online.     008 DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion)

    During everything that is happening in 2020, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion has taken a front seat in the world of hiring. How does a focus on DEI improve individual lives, and companies as a whole?
