    Comparison is the thief of joy… that’s what my mother always told me!However it’s not as easy as just ‘switching off’ from comparison especially in a modern world where comparison is EVERYWHERE! Social media, marketing, even at the hair dressers - comparison everywhere to drive sales! So how do we deal with this constant barrage of noise, and ultimately not let it defeat us when we are pushing towards our goals and ambitions?     019 - Why some people struggle to support our growth (and what you do about it!)

    It’s a new year, and often a new year can be a fantastic marker and natural starting point for us to focus on our growth. Be that professional growth, personal, a goal you have, a change of habit or behaviour? Whatever you might be doing - it probably requires some form of change. We would hope that our nearest and dearest (and just general acquaintances) would be excited for our development, support our ideas, or at least give us the nod of recognition So why then, is it extremely common for us to be met with resistance, questioning and even mockery when we start to level up in our lives?     018 - Your 2025 - Reflect and Review!

    We made it… the last few days of 2025!But before you light the fireworks and bring in the new year…why not take a moment to reflect and revisit your 2025! In this episode we wanted to share some of our approaches to reflecting on the year, how we use this to explore what we want to take into 2026, what we would prefer to leave behind, and some mindset shifts to support working towards the 2026 versions of ourselves.     017 - Getting Clear On Your Goals & Intentions For 2026

    ‘tis the season to set goals but then forget about them, falalalala, lalalala… Let’s cut to the chase, setting goals isn’t anything new, yet every single year, so many of us embark on new goals which end up in the goal-graveyard by mid February. Before we start to look at the methods and models, let’s take some time to work out what goals even are in relationship to our identity, and how we can ensure we are setting goals in alignment with that person, not just setting random aims that we sack off a few weeks in! Grab your pen and paper as this one is going to dig deep, and be prepared to really uncover the 2026 version of you and the actions you are willing to take to get there!     016 - Soft launch your 2026 goals NOW!

    New year, new EVERYTHING! As we start to look towards the new year, many of us will wait until the 1st of January to take action and to set some goals! All well and good, but for a lot of us, we will also find that we are at the mercy of others' new goals or ‘changes’ also. Maybe your boss has a new idea? Maybe the hobby you attend weekly are changing the schedule? Maybe the kids after school timetable is being updated?   January can bring a lot of change, and with that can come some overwhelm which often makes te pursuit towards our goals a little more tricky!   In this episode we talk about getting ahead of the new.year curve and using December to take stock of how you would like your 2026 to look!

In this episode we discuss the fear of public speaking, some of the symptoms such as rushing, mind blank, and erms, and how you can use mindset and breath techniques to become more clear and confident in your public speaking.
