    Question: Dear Miri and Judie I have been a caregiver for over a decade. And they say that if you do something for a thousand hours, you'll become proficient. Well, I did my thousand hours and then some.  Now the person that I cared for is gone, and has been for over a year. I just don't remember how to be ME anymore.
