    every december i start a kind of market research of who i am to other industry people and how their image of me differs from how i view myself. i’ve noticed a bit of a disconnect and dilution to who i am professionally, and need to scale back in order to get the things i want. i talk through my process of reflection, gratitude and goal setting and hope this will inspire you to start your list for the next year :)
