    Season 2 "Bridge Episode"

    Welcome to this mid-season bonus episode. I have had the guidance to change the format of my podcast for the remainder of this year (2025). Episodes will now be released once a month on the first Friday of that month. The next full episode will be released Friday Aug 1st AEST. In this bonus episode, I am sharing a little of the "why" behind this guidance to change the podcast structure. Basically, it's for the purpose of integration.  So often people don't give themselves enough (or any) time to integrate the spiritual practices, experiences or information they are receiving.     Vulnerability is Strength

    In this episode, I am joined by Rafaëlle Cohen; divine embodiment mentor; voice channel, artist, visionary and lightworker. We are discussing vulnerability and the necessity of this in serving us on our spirtual journey. In many ways, vulnerability is the greatest strength we can exhibit, enabling us to truly embody all aspects of the self. As spirtual beings having the human experience, we need to be able to sense subtle energies, yet learn how not to drown in emotion and sensation. We are talking about finding ways to embrace the whole of the self, even those parts that we feel are unwanted, fearful or shameful.     How self-doubt can strengthen self trust

    In this episode, I am sharing the part of my path which has been my biggest challenge and also the biggest gift. Doubting the self, but trusting the path. It's always this way on the path, that which feels like your burden is meant to be the cataylst for your growth, freedom and expansion into more of your true self, the soul essence.  I will talk about self doubt, (which as humans we all deal with at times), and I will share how exploring my own doubt and not hiding from it, has helped me deepen my trust in my self and the path I am walking. I want to encourage you to see how self doubt could be used as a tool to help you build inner trust, keep your own unique light shining and teach you just how strong and unique you are.
