Alex Morrow is a U.S. Army veteran and the founder of MOPs and MOEs brand and podcast. He is passionate about the Army’s physical fitness and believes soldiers can perform better if the Measurements Of Effectiveness (MOEs) of their training tasks are taken into consideration.
