    168: Unlearning tension: how to actually let your body relax with Aimee Takaya

    You know that tension you're holding in your neck right now?? Or the tightness in your stomach you've grown so used to that you barely notice it anymore? Yeah—this episode is about that :) Aimee Takaya is a brilliant Hanna somatic educator who guides people through the gentlest, most powerful form of release.
