I've been listening for 1 year. This podcast does the best job I've found of actually breaking down games and matchups instead of talking about stupid news and things I don't care about. They also spend a decent amount of time on mid majors, which is appreciated.
I would have given 5 stars during the first few weeks that I listened, because Russell is just fantastic. He can break down matchups to individual players and schemes and really explain why he likes certain teams or matchups. However, I learned after the first few weeks that unfortunately there is a second host. And he is, sorry to say, terrible. KBadds doesn't watch as many games. He never offers any more than 2 or 3 word analysis on any game or matchup. There are awkward silences where Russell tries to encourage Kbadds to say more and he just never does. His take on every upcoming game is always just a one word response on who he has winning with no commentary whatsoever. There is just literally no point to him being on the podcast at all and it is wasted air time. There have also been sound issues with him being too loud or too soft.
So my final thought on this podcast is listen for Russell, because he is one of the best I've heard, and tolerate Kbadds and hope he stays mostly quiet. I always look forward to the episodes where he's absent.
