A decision that only you can make and a decision that will be a catalyst towards your biggest dreams.     Watching the 2026 FIFA World Cup and seeing many players miss penalties made me wonder... how the heck would you come back from a moment like that mentally ?! As artists and athletes we are constantly experiencing moments where we are disappointed with ourselves. Moments where we havent shown up as our best selves, moments that didn't go our way and our greatest asset is learning how to recalibrate ourself as quickly as possible to feeling good again! The very next moment may be ours for the taking - so how can we brush it off, take the lesson, get over ourselves and continue showing up for the dream !!

    Rejection is brutal and challenging but it is also a normal part of the process when chasing BIG DREAMS. Today I share multiple times my life and the universe has taught me this lesson that has now become a concrete belief of mine to turn rejection into an opportunity.
