    Kate has a new fear that's been unlocked: her teeth crumbling out of her head. Because it happened to Lindsay and it was FREAKY AND TERRIBLE and Lindsay does not recommend. We also touch on other more important topics like Kate's fun new role at work and the fact that ducks have accents depending on the regions where they grew up. And according to our resident scientist, Kate, sharks can be older than trees. And older than the United States. Have you ever picked a "word of the year" in late December, to focus on for the upcoming year? You should. Has your dog ever eaten 20 Christmas cookies and NOT thrown up? You should probably avoid having your dog eat 20 Christmas cookies, but you should at LEAST applaud your dog for keeping it down. Have you ever had a dinner of Old El Paso and called it "taco night?"     Happy Thanksgiving! We have TONS to be thankful for. Including the concealing of our nipples and TSA pre-check. I mean, we're grateful for all the big things too; friends, family, our homes, safety, plenty of food, clean water - all the stuff that we take for granted. But we don't take ourselves too seriously so we wanted to share all the other stuff that helps us out every day as well!  We didn't mention it in this episode, but we're ALSO grateful to you, our listeners! Thanks so much to all of you who listen (or are forced to listen in a car), and thanks to all of you for sharing with friends and family. We wish you the happiest of Thanksgivings with the people and pets you love the most.

    S2, E6: Let's commiserate! What's making us CRAZY!??

    Be honest: there is SOMETHING that makes you want to punch a hole in the wall. There are certain things that, even as a responsible, well-adjusted adult, make you want to drop to the floor and throw a major tantrum because they are just so uncomprehensibly terrible that to suffer through these inconveniences might ruin your life. We know! We know! We're sharing a few of our favorite lunacy-inducing things today, too. Including: Why is everything at the airport at least $25? Even a snack? Why can't people just flush their poop right away? Why must they fester in it? If someone goes through a coffee drive through line, why don't they already know what they want? Why is it that when people go out in public, it's like it's their very first day on earth EVER? Who wears the scrunchy-butt tights? And who wears NUDE colored tights?  Why does your clothing only get caught on stuff when you're already having the worst day of your life? Like hanging out with your doggie and having some coffee instead of the morning run sometimes and being okay with that. Girls, it's not always easy but we're doing our best and we know you are too!
